Mass Everify Case Notifications
Mass Everify Case Notifications
Thanks for reaching out,
We are aware of many notifications being sent to our Everify
participants. This was due to Everify
doing a software update and is intended to provide status changes to
outstanding cases.
Example: Tentative non Confirmations, Case incomplete,
Pending status, and most important those Final non Confirmations.
Unfortunately, there are some cases that needed to be
updated by Everify to clean the initial list of outstanding cases.
What does this mean?
- The mass notifications should only effect from
4/8 to 4/11. After which you will then receive those notifications that truly
need to be reviewed.
- You may find some of these notifications are to
cases in which have already been closed and no action is needed.
What should we do with all the notifications in that date
range?
- As they are notifications to existing case it is
good practice to review each notification and confirm there is no action
needed. This will not be the case moving forward after 4/11.
- Be sure to follow all course of action items on
those open pending notifications/cases.
Please let us know if you have any specific questions
towards this process.
