If an Employee, Manager, or Admin forgets their login password, they can utilize the link in the appropriate login portal to initiate the password reset process.
At the portal login screen, click the Forgot your password? link on the login portal.
User enters their User ID and email address on file and clicks Continue to have a "password assistance" email sent.
User clicks link in the body of the message and enters new password. Click Confirm Changes.
Make sure to check "junk" "spam" folder if email doesn't arrive.
